• The 20 competencies measured by the ProfileXT
• How the data can become a foundation and common language for you and your client
• Help to internalize learning by the group engaging in an interactive exercise to simulate how you can use the assessment information to build trust with your client through a personalized debriefing process

Previous positions include Senior VP at ADP TotalSource and President, Midwest Region for Vincam Human Resources. Steven is a PXT Select Authorized Partner with John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Steven serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Miami Society for Human Resource Management (GMSHRM). He received his MBA from University of Dayton.
