Join Gene Policastri of Policastri Law Firm, LLC for one hour as we discuss the critical language that should be included in every coaching – client contract or services agreement. As you know, as a coach adhering to ICF principals, you must use a clear coaching agreement that includes the roles and the rights of all parties. (Section 3, par. 19 Code of Ethics).
 
A well drafted contract that is elegant, gracious and yet keeps you secure is what you need for your coaching practice. It helps enroll clients and keeps disputes to a minimum. If you have not had an attorney familiar with the coaching community draft your contract, this is the workshop you won’t want to miss.
 
The webinar is conversational style and will cover the topics listed below, including contract basics, sample contract clauses that should be in your contracts, and a review of contract language that was recently criticized by a court.

At the conclusion of the webinar Gene will stay on the call for a question and answer session about the topics covered, or any topic you would like to address. So, come prepared with your questions.

      • Set appropriate guidelines and parameters of the relationship including payment of fees and managing risk.

      • Draft an effective scope of services that clearly communicates to the client that coaching is not therapy, consulting or other professional services.
