Paulette Rao, MCC BCC, Adjunct Assistant Professor in the NYU Certificate in Executive Coaching program at NYU, will provide us with one-on-one mentorship in these “fishbowl “coaching exercises. Coaches will have an opportunity to demonstrate their coaching skills for fifteen minutes and receive useful feedback aimed at helping them grow towards mastery. Join us in a safe space where you can volunteer to demonstrate your coaching skills, sit back and observe, or get coached! You decide. Go ahead, jump in the fishbowl.
