Peer Learning – More Supporting and less Directing
May 21, 2020 from 10:00 - 11:30 AM

Peer Learning is an engagement strategy that allows peers to ask for help in addressing professional and personal challenges in a supportive and safe environment.  The process supports coaches who want to help peer groups learn from, develop and support each other.

This interactive hands-on webinar is designed to provide coaches with an opportunity to experience a simple and powerful coaching methodology they can use in the service of others during these challenging times.

Takeaways:

  1. Practice a process that will help refine your coaching skills by using Active Listening and Powerful Questions competencies to increase a client’s awareness in better addressing a current challenge or opportunity.
  2. Get a richer appreciation of the challenges your peers are facing and benefit from learning different perspectives on how to approach them.
  3. Experience a collaborative process that increases the level of engagement and fully utilizes the brainpower of a group.
