Biography
I love supporting clients to fulfill their dreams and imagine a more complete life. Clients create their best worlds and future possibilities, which resonate with their beliefs and values.
I typically coach high potential executives and individuals experiencing change at work or home. Clients may be starting a new C-suite role; reinventing themselves and their career; or planning for fulfillment in retirement.
As a Vice President of Human Resources for Medtronic’s $6B cardiac and heart rhythm organization, I engaged with global leaders to drive their businesses and functions. I also had leadership role with two other Fortune 200 global corporations - General Mills and IBM. Experiencing the power of great coaching myself, my eyes were opened to my relationship with myself and with others. As a result, I completed the CTI Co-Active Coach® program and received the ICF ACC certification.
I hold an MS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA from St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN. I am a member of ICF South Florida and am President-Elect of ICF Minnesota, residing in Naples, Florida, and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
