Biography
Susan founded her own leadership and life coaching practice called "The Foundry Group." She specializes in working with executives and mid to upper level professionals looking to improve their leadership skills, create a growth mindset, and how to manage their teams better. Prior to working for herself again, Susan led the Community/Operations Team at the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) in Miami, driving culture, programming and support for 500+ individuals representing 200+ companies, ranging from individual entrepreneurs to small and mid-size startups. Prior to CIC, she spent nearly 8 years as Co-Owner and Managing Director of Dwyer Productions, a digital/broadcast production company in San Francisco, overseeing operations, producing creative, and managing clients. While in the Bay Area, Susan also served on the management team of an education technology startup to help develop and launch StudySync, an integrated print and digital English language arts product distributed by McGraw-Hill for grades 6-12. It was recently acquired for over $100MM. Her 20 years of experience also includes marketing and advertising, both on the agency and client side. Susan likes to surround herself with smart, passionate people whose efforts contribute to the greater good.
