Tracy Dickinson is an associate for Right Management and has helped many executives with their career management. She is the founder of PeopleSmart LLC which provides HR consulting expertise to a various public and private organizations. https://www.peoplesmartllc.com/
Tracy is a seasoned Human Resource leader in multiple industries, working with several professions such as executive/managers, engineers (Florida Power and Light/Fibernet), financial traders, (NextEra Energy), hazardous chemical transporters (Service Transport Company), government workers, retail, and medical personnel. She is an accomplished facilitator, with a particular passion for creating great leaders. Tracy’s communication style motivates employees to focus on their strengths, work on their weaknesses and find areas where they can maximize performance and engagement.
Prior to joining Right Management, Tracy held several leadership and HR roles at NextEra Energy, including managing recruitment, selection and internal placements of 2200 exempt, nonexempt, and bargaining unit positions, a staff of 30 recruiters and a budget of $3.1 million. Tracy developed talent assessment and succession planning programs corporate wide to ensure talent was utilized throughout the enterprise.
Tracy earned her BS in Business Administration from University of Florida, and Master of Arts in Human Resources from University of Houston. She is Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Professional Human Resource (PHR), Supreme Court Civil Circuit Mediator and PDI 360 Profiler Independent Contractor. She currently sits on Palm Beach County Personnel Appeals Board appointed by District 6 County Commissioner.
