Biography
Kymberly has been an important part of the regional and national accounting community since 1992. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in certification for her ICF certification of PCC.
Since 1996 she has been an Executive Search professional, first as a Division Director in a National firm then as a Practice Director in a proprietary local firm, following 4 years of front-line operational accounting experience. Since 2005, Kymberly has been an Adjunct professor, instructing Accounting Profession classes at both Rochester Institute of Technology and State College of New York at Brockport. Through this work, she has instructed coached and mentored over 1000+ accounting students along their career path with a successful track record of placing many of them into key management roles over the years.
Kymberly possesses valuable market and business-model experience, having worked with companies large and small in various industries. She takes great pride establishing long-term relationships with clients and candidates by mentoring and developing their careers from entry-level status to C-suite decision makers. Kymberly was nominated by the community and selected by a committee of business leaders in 2009 and awarded the prestigious “Forty under 40” recognition, acknowledging Forty business professionals who have achieved professional success and have made significant civic contributions to the community. Local press identified Kymberly as a “Woman to Watch” in 2010 for her impact of her work and volunteer efforts in the community. Kymberly has been a member of the The Employment Network Board since 1996 and St. Ann’s Community Angel Board since 2015. She has been awarded, with her practice partner, the “Recruiter of the Year” award 7 times in 12 years. She continues her efforts in executive search, coaching, volunteering and higher education.
