Biography
Shannon began her career in Washington, DC working for nearly a decade in financial and analytical roles at Fortune 500 companies in the hospitality industry. In 2015, after relocating to Miami, she became a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. As an Associate Certified Coach and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, Shannon coaches individuals and teams using the Core Energy Coaching process.
She has experience working with a wide range of professionals, from entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders to high level decision makers at publicly traded companies and rapidly growing startups. Her coaching efforts focus on helping professionals feel more energized and less drained, while having a higher impact in all areas of their lives.
