Nathan as a Certified Executive Coach is committed to building workplaces that highlight the values of human dignity, are people-centric, just, diverse, inclusive and equitable. He brings about transformation using the frameworks of Intelligent Leadership®, that emphasizes the importance of one’s inner values, and Positive Intelligence®, that allows one to recognize and deal with their inner saboteurs. His coaching practice includes working with underrepresented minorities to help them to discover, develop, and leverage their strengths for sustainable personal and professional success.
Nathan is founder and CEO of The Lancaster Consulting Group (LCG). Prior to starting his own business, he held executive and senior HR/OD management positions at Fortune 500 corporations. Through LCG he has provided executive coaching, consultations and has delivered leadership development workshops/seminars to corporations in a variety of industries in the US and abroad. In addition to being a successful HR/OD practitioner and Executive Coach, Nathan is a highly regarded academician. He has taught at several universities and is the recipient of numerous teaching awards.
Nathan is an ICF-PCC who brings a rich and diverse educational background to his field. He received a BA in Psychology from McMaster University, Canada; an MA in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Divinity School, Illinois; an MS in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University, Indiana; and a Ph.D. in Counseling from Purdue University, Indiana.
