About the Host: Kathleen Fisher
With more than 35 years’ experience in Human Resources and Talent Development, Kathleen has deep competency in transformational coaching and transition management. The aligning anchor in her work is recognition that change is hard. Whether organizational or personal, resistance is normal, context provides justification to remain the same, and structures of support are critical. Kathleen relies on a coaching approach and supporting processes based on findings in psychology and neuroscience.
Kathleen is a member of ICFSF. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University and is a Certified Executive and Transitions Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
