Courageous conversations require participants to speak candidly and listen openly about topics that are often considered 'undiscussable' and require a lot of courage to bring up. These conversations are part of building a learning culture in our chapter and lead to a better understanding of the needs of others. The purpose of this event is to reinforce the community and build trust. Through these conversations, our featured speakers will explore and discuss the challenges faced by black male coaches in their careers. This event will help bring awareness and sensibility to the challenges black coaches face everyday.
