Kirsten Dierolf, MCC, ACTC, EMCC MP, is a seasoned Master Certified Coach known for her laser-sharp presence, lightness, and deep respect for the client’s resourcefulness. With over two decades of experience, she has mentored and trained more than a hundred coaches to MCC level and beyond. Kirsten brings a unique clarity and ease to her coaching, deeply grounded in Solution Focused principles and enriched by her global perspective. She has worked with leaders and teams across continents, supporting transformational conversations that generate momentum and sustainable results.

Author of Becoming a Master Coach, Solution Focused Team Coaching, and Solution Focused Coaching Supervision, Kirsten is a thought leader in the coaching profession. She is also an ICF assessor and EMCC accredited supervisor, and consults on creating coaching cultures in complex organizations.
