When a coach spends years partnering with other people to maximize their personal and professional potential, what happens to the coach? How does their work — day in, day out, showing up to support other people over decades — powerfully shape who they become?

Curiosity about our evolution, both as individual practitioners and as a profession, has led Gideon Culman to explore these questions with other MCC credential holders since 2021. Taking time to step back alongside other seasoned practitioners to consider our own growth can be revelatory and rewarding.

This ICF South Florida event will spotlight how many MCC credential holders have described their growth trajectories. Participants in this interactive conversation will interrogate their own development. By bringing into focus ways in which their work has already changed who they are, participants will also consider how their continued work as coaches could influence their path ahead.

About the Speaker: Gideon Culman, MCC

Gideon Culman tailors catalytic coaching to leaders and teams. He partners with C-suite executives at top law firms, guiding White House and executive branch leaders and their teams, and collaborating with global, national, and local organizations to optimize their leadership in the communities they serve.
 
Gideon actively contributes to the elevation of the coaching profession, including through the Master Coach Collection podcast that features in-depth conversations with dozens of MCC credential holders from across the globe. Gideon is recognized for his ability to lead conversations in which clients and fellow coaches alike feel respected, valued, and comfortable engaging in open and honest communication, setting the stage for their development and growth.

Gideon draws inspiration from classical literature from around the world. Studying these writings is key to Gideon's ability to resonate with leaders and teams from many walks of life. Since 2020, Gideon has held a Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
