Join us for an engaging MasterClass by Master Coaches with Lerae Gidyk, MCC.
Experience a live demonstration of masterful coaching rooted in the ICF Core Competencies. This interactive session will illuminate the art and discipline of coaching at the MCC level and provide practical insights you can immediately apply to your own practice.
During the session, Lerae will coach a volunteer while participants observe through the lens of the competencies. Together, we’ll reflect and debrief, exploring how mastery naturally unfolds in real time.

About the Speaker: Lerae Gidyk, MCC
Lerae Gidyk is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), pioneer, and thought leader in the global coaching profession. Since 1999, she has been coaching in personal, leadership, and mentor coaching, bringing a profound commitment to the **embodiment of humanness** in coaching—coaching not only as a skillset, but as a way of being.
She is the Founder of Soul Designs Coaching International Ltd. and one of the first MCCs in Canada. Lerae also serves as Director of Certification at Coaching Out of the Box®, and has held influential roles with Coach U and other leading organizations dedicated to advancing coaching education. Most recently, she was appointed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) to co-lead the creation of a new global Community of Practice for Mentor Coaches**, extending her impact on the evolution of coaching standards and excellence worldwide.
