About the speaker: Valeska Martins

Valeska is an ICF Coach and trusted partner guiding leaders and organizations towards transformational growth.
 
Leveraging over 20 years of global experience across four continents, Valeska works primarily with executives and emerging talent to unlock their full potential. She swiftly grasps complex dynamics and environments to illuminate personalized pathways forward.  
 
Valeska’s methodology artfully blends psychodynamic depth with the rigor of positive psychology and systems thinking. Her immersive Design Your Life approach empowers each client to architect their most fulfilling personal and professional path.

In addition to her executive portfolio, Valeska facilitates culture change and high-performance team building within family enterprises and multifaceted organizations.  Rooted in her own diverse cultural exposure, Valeska prides herself in guiding leaders to expand their global mindset and sustainable influence. She received Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Psychology in Brazil, and a Masters from the Tavistock Institute London (UK) focused on Consultation for Organizations & Groups with Psychodynamic and Systemic approaches.

Valeska currently serves as the President for ICF South Florida having previously spearheaded the chapter’s Outreach Committee. Her passion is unlocking world-changing potential by advancing the coaching profession on the global stage.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Valeska works with clients worldwide.
