AI, Music, and Non-Violent Communication: Building Bridges through Innovation and Empathy. In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, the need for human-centered communication has never been greater. On August 27th, ICF South Florida proudly joins forces with the AI Music Tech Tradeshowand Conference and The Quality Mind International (TQMI) to present a groundbreaking half-day event exploring how artificial intelligence, music, and non-violent communication (NVC) can come together to foster empathy, leadership, and innovation.
This transformative program will feature an engaging fireside chat titled “Practicing Non-Violent Communication in a Connected World”, facilitated by TQM and ICF coaches, including Jean Marie Altema and Valeska Martins, and moderated by Diana Figueroa. Attendees will experience a dynamic blend of dialogue, live music, and mindfulness practices designed to deepen emotional intelligence and communication skills in professional and creative settings.
The morning continues with a thought-provoking panel discussion on “Young Creators & Human-Centered AI: Speaking the Language of Connection”, featuring Pedro Santos Acosta (Miami-Dade College) and other innovative voices exploring how technology and music can build empathy and authentic connection in teams and communities.
As champions of transformational leadership and human development, ICF South Florida is honored to be a key partner in this initiative, bringing the power of coaching to a new intersection of technology, art, and emotional well-being. This collaboration reflects our chapter’s ongoing mission to inspire conscious leadership and elevate conversations that unite innovation with empathy.
We invite you to join us, whether in person or virtually, for this unique opportunity to experience coaching, music, and technology working in harmony to create bridges of understanding in an increasingly automated world.
