Core Competencies Summit Fall 2025
with Katherina Capra, MCC & Adriana Rodriguez, MCC
Date: October 13, 2025 | 5:30 PM
Our Vision: Our vision is to create an engaging, high-impact experience where professional coaches come together to share knowledge, best practices, and transformative ideas.
Team Coaching Effectiveness: From Alignment to Accountability
How do good teams become reliably great? In this interactive session, Katherina Capra, MCC, ACTC and Adriana Rodriguez, MCC translate the essentials of team coaching effectiveness into simple practices you can apply immediately. You’ll learn how to align on purpose and outcomes, convert that alignment into clear roles and operating rules, and cultivate psychological safety without sacrificing performance. We’ll introduce a lightweight Team Charter, meeting cadences that reduce noise and time, and a decision toolkit (RACI/RAPID) that cuts rework and speeds results. You’ll also practice “clear is kind” feedback to strengthen trust and accountability.
Designed for HR leaders, executive & team coaches, and senior leaders, the session blends evidence, demos, and mini-labs using real scenarios from your context. Expect measurable gains in collaboration, decision speed, and delivery—without burnout.

Learning Objectives tied to Core Competencies:
-
Coach-specific nature: The curriculum centers on the coaching stance (not consulting): multi-stakeholder contracting, ethics, presence, active listening, and systems questions, practiced via triads/fishbowl coaching with markers-based feedback.
-
Linked to ICF Core Competencies: Each module maps to ICF 1–8 (Ethics, Mindset, Agreements, Trust/Safety, Presence, Listening, Evokes Awareness, Facilitates Growth) and uses tools like Team Charter, operating agreements, and RACI/RAPID.
-
Develops coaches’ client skills: Participants coach in live mini-labs, receive targeted feedback against ICF markers, and leave with client-ready artifacts plus a 30/60-day application plan to transfer learning to real teams.
