Elena Espinal has over thirty years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, future design, and team building. She is the founder of the first School of Coaching recognized by the Secretary of Education in Argentina, the Master’s Program in Coaching at the University of London (Mexico), and Team Power, a company dedicated to executive and organizational coaching.
She has worked across cultures in more than 30 countries on every continent, partnering with Fortune 500 companies, governments, and NGOs. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, Elena co-founded Coaching con Visión, an organization that has trained and supported more than 60 blind coaches, creating professional opportunities for them worldwide.
Elena holds a Doctorate in Dentistry (PhD), a Master’s in Pathology, and a Licentiate in Psychology, with extensive expertise in Ontological Coaching, Philosophy, Systemic Coaching, and Team Performance.
A recognized global thought leader, Elena has been a keynote speaker at coaching conferences on five continents, including ICF global and regional events (Washington, Colombia, Mexico, Bangkok, Malaysia, India, among others). She has also been invited as a speaker by several Fortune 500 companies and international chambers of commerce.
She was honored by the Argentine Association of Coaching (AAPC) as Master Coach and Honorary Member, alongside pioneers Julio Olalla, Fernando Flores, and Jim Selman.
Elena is also an experienced TED speaker and coach. She delivered her own TEDx talk in Mexico (2012) and was in charge of coaching all TEDxDF speakers for two years.
