From Evidence to Impact: Positive Psychology for Leadership Coaching
Masterclass led by a Master Coach designed for leadership coaches who want practical, evidence-informed tools that elevate results—fast. Positive Psychology has reshaped how we understand motivation, resilience, strengths, meaning, and sustainable performance. In this session, you’ll learn how to translate that science into coaching interventions you can apply immediately with executives and high-stakes leaders.
You’ll take away a clear set of high-leverage interventions (and when to use them) that strengthen clarity, decision-making, confidence, energy management, and accountability—without adding “extra” to your coaching process. The content connects directly to core coaching competencies and to the realities leaders face: pressure, change, complexity, and the demand for consistent execution.
The format blends concise teaching, a live demonstration, and guided reflection, so you leave with a simple framework to select interventions based on the leader’s needs and context. You’ll also gain language to position this approach credibly with clients and stakeholders. If you want coaching that drives measurable leadership growth while protecting wellbeing, this masterclass is for you.
