Join us in welcoming back Katie Drescher, MCC, for a live demonstration of coaching at the Master Certified Coach level, followed by a facilitated debrief and open Q&A. Participants will observe the ICF Core Competencies in action at the mastery level — deep partnering, coaching the whole person rather than the problem, and evoking awareness through presence rather than performance. Coaches at every stage of development will leave with a sharpened ear for what distinguishes MCC-level coaching and practical insights to apply immediately in their own client work.

About the Speaker: Katie Drescher, MCC

Katie Drescher, MCC, ESIA, SP, JD

Katie Drescher is a Master Certified Coach with nearly two decades of experience partnering with senior leaders at organizations including NASA, Disney, Google, American Express, and BlackRock. Her practice spans executive coaching, coaching supervision, mentor coaching, and ICF accreditation consulting, and she holds the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization along with the EMCC ESIA in coaching supervision. Katie co-delivers the Diploma in Relational Systemic SUPERvision with Dr. Clare Beckett-McInroy and serves as a Premier Fellow Coach with BetterUp.

Her work centers on a simple, demanding idea: who we are is how we coach. Katie regularly presents internationally on presence, coaching mastery, and MCC competency development, and as co-founder of Coachecco she creates community spaces where coaches grow together. She is Past President of ICF Wisconsin and co-author of Echoes of Wisdom: A Reflective Journal. Prior to coaching, she practiced law (JD, Washington University in St. Louis).
