About the Speaker: Dr. Zeina Ghossoub, MCC
Dr. Zeina Ghossoub El Aswad, PhD, MCC, is an executive leadership and wellness coach, physician coach, mentor coach, coach educator, and international speaker with more than 20 years of experience developing leaders and coaching professionals worldwide.
She holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the profession's highest coaching credential. Dr. Zeina is the Founder and CEO of Vie Saine, Partner and Chief Wellness Officer at Vital Signs Vital Skills (USA), faculty member at the College of Executive Coaching (California), and former Founding President of ICF Lebanon.
She specializes in leadership development, physician wellbeing, emotional intelligence, executive coaching, coach education, and mentoring coaches pursuing ICF credentials. Dr. Zeina has trained and mentored hundreds of coaches across the Middle East, Europe, and North America and is widely recognized for creating transformational learning experiences that combine evidence-based coaching, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and practical application.
