Education Meets Wellness: The Power of Health & Wellness Coaching
Join us for a 90-minute webinar exploring how wellbeing can be meaningfully embedded in education through the lens of coaching and mental health leadership. In this session, Gema Ballesteros shares her firsthand experience implementing whole-school wellbeing strategies from the role of a Senior Mental Health Lead.

Drawing on practical examples, Gema will demonstrate how coaching tools can be effectively integrated into everyday classroom practice to support pupils, empower teachers, and foster a stronger school culture. She will explore what it means to lead wellbeing with a coach’s mindset — fostering reflection, resilience, emotional regulation, and sustainable change across the educational community.

This session is ideal for school leaders, teachers, and wellbeing advocates seeking realistic, experience-based insight into how to embed mental health and wellbeing in education through coaching-informed leadership.
