Leader Wellbeing as a Systemic Lever for Organizational Health: An Integral Coaching Perspective

This session explores how leaders’ integral wellbeing functions as a key lever for organizational health and sustainability. The conversation focuses on leadership as a vital part of the system and on how a leader’s internal and external balance influences decision-making, relationships, team dynamics, and organizational culture.

From an integral and systemic coaching perspective, the session examines how leaders’ physical, emotional, relational, intellectual, and spiritual wellbeing shapes the way they lead in complex and demanding contexts. Through real observations and recurring patterns identified in coaching work, participants will reflect on the tensions leaders face when trying to sustain their performance while caring for themselves and others.
