Learning Objectives tied to Core Competencies:
My main objective is to introduce you to the FIVE Key Qualitative Essentials that ICF MCC assessors are listening for, and how to master the mysterious one! It’s called FLOW.
I will simplify these for you – not just as essential competencies, but as empowering MIND SETS that you can apply immediately for greater artistry and fluidity in your coaching.
I have designed this webinar to explicitly help you refine your connection and responsiveness skills, which are essential for your deep client work. The content is grounded in the ICF Core Competency framework and intended to immediately enhance the quality and depth of your coaching sessions.
