The Doing of Coaching
What actually happens inside a powerful coaching conversation? ICF Competencies 6, 7, and 8—Active Listening, Evoking Awareness, and Facilitating Client Growth—offer the answer. In this 90-minute session, participants will explore these competencies as the doing of coaching: the moment-to-moment choices, presence, and emotional intelligence that create transformational conversations. Coaches will reflect on how they listen, what they evoke, and how they partner with clients to turn insight into action—deepening both skill and confidence in their coaching practice.
