In a time where performance, productivity, and even happiness can be optimized, many high-achieving leaders are quietly asking a deeper question: Why does it still feel empty?

Inspired by recent dialogues on human behavior and fulfillment, this session explores spiritual wellbeing through four lived dimensions: Awe, Agency, Identity, and Intimacy.

Rather than offering another framework, this talk invites participants to reflect on where they may be overdeveloped—and what has been quietly neglected. Why does achievement without awe feel hollow? What happens when identity is tied too tightly to performance? And why is intimacy often the missing piece in leadership today?

Through a grounded coaching lens, this session reconnects meaning not as something to achieve—but as something to realign with.
