About the Speaker: Paola Hernandez (UWM)
Paola Hernandez is the Senior Vice President of People and Engagement at United Way Miami, one of the largest nonprofits in the county, serving the entire Miami-Dade community. She brings over 20 years of experience leading human resources strategy across talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Paola holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, and is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management and a Board member of SHRM Miami.
About the Speaker: Liliana Amsdill (UWM)
Liliana Amsdill is the Associate Vice President of People & Engagement at United Way Miami, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Florida International University. In her role, she supports employees and leaders through strategic benefits administration, engagement initiatives, and workforce programs that strengthen organizational culture and performance.
About the Speaker: Shakti Radhakishun (ICFSFL)
Shakti Radhakishun is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She partners with emerging leaders and other individuals, co-creating a safe and supportive space for self-exploration and reflection. Through the coaching partnership, clients may deepen their confidence as values-driven leaders while building fulfilling, purpose-aligned lives.
Shakti holds an MA in Statistics from Columbia University and a BA in Mathematics from NYU, and brings over 18 years of multi-faceted leadership experience in investment banking and finance. Grounded in her own journey of growth, transformation, successes and setbacks she approaches coaching with empathy, presence and a reflective mindset. She supports her clients in gaining clarity and awareness around their challenges and in creating focused, actionable plans for meaningful transformation.
Shakti embraces a holistic approach in life and leadership, which she cultivates through time in nature, yoga, mindfulness, and an active involvement in nonprofit organizations. Her volunteer work centers on coaching, youth mentoring, fostering meaningful human connections, and animal welfare.
About the Speaker: Gaston Betoled (ICFSFL)
Gaston Betoled, a PCC, Executive Coach, Trainer, and Organizational Consultant, guides leaders, teams, and organizations through challenges toward sustainable growth. With 25+ years in global organizations, his expertise spans Sales, Project Management, and DEI initiatives, fostering human-centered transformations and holistic organizational improvement. Passionate about empowering others, he blends business acumen with leadership to drive success.
