HR+ Coaching/ From Insight to Impact: HR Leaders Share Their Coaching Journey
What happens when HR professionals experience coaching firsthand? In this interactive session, two participants from the HR + Coaching pilot program share their personal journeys—what surprised them, what challenged them, and how coaching is reshaping the way they show up as HR leaders. Join us for an honest conversation about the real benefits of coaching in HR, followed by an open Q&A where you can explore how a coaching mindset can elevate your impact, relationships, and strategic influence within your organization.
