About the Speaker: Julius Ordoñez, ACTC, MCC
Julius Ordoñez is the President and founder of Benchmark Consulting, a training, consulting, and coaching firm he built over twenty years ago on the belief that individuals, teams, and organizations can become their own benchmark for excellence. Rather than offering quick fixes, he equips clients with the mindset and tools to sustain long-term growth.
A pioneer of coaching in Asia, Julius became a professional coach in 1999, brought the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to the Philippines, and founded the ICF Philippines Chapter. He is the country's first ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and one of the first in the world with ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching. He holds a Mentor Coach Specialization for all credential levels. He served as President of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (2015-2017), contributed as a subject matter expert to ICF's Core Competencies and Team Coaching Competencies, and received the 2025 Asia's Distinguished Leader in Professional Coaching Award.
With over two decades in leadership development, executive coaching, and management consulting, Julius has trained hundreds of professional coaches and thousands of leaders worldwide. He has coached C-level executives across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific, with clients including the World Bank, Nestlé, Citibank, Deloitte, and Coca-Cola, among more than 400 organizations served. His training includes studies at Harvard and NYU, Corporate Coach University, and the Coach Training Institute, along with specialization in Systemic Team Coaching and Building a Coaching Culture.
