Coaching Tip of the Month





You want to start taking a 2-minute action each day, everyday! So if you want to start doing Yoga, start by taking out the mat.

Let the behavior lead the way. For at least 2 minutes a day, pay attention to this new habit and that will slowly erase what you often tell yourself about that habit. How many times do you find yourself telling yourself "I hate finance", "I'm not a morning person, or "I don't have time". By focusing your attention on a new habit for 2 minutes a day, you choose a path with the least resistance, and you slowly build a new belief about yourself. This slowly leads to a new mindset, driven by a new habit, 2 minutes at a time. Why not give it a try?
