Yolanda has been an advocate of the ICF South Florida Charter Chapter for over 3 years. She led programming for two years, worked diligently to improve internal processes and volunteered for pro-bono coaching. She has successfully led our Coach-a-Lattes to increase member connections through informal gatherings.
