Creativity in Coaching a Success!

When we work creatively with our coaching clients we liberate more of their awareness, so that they can focus more fully and deeply on the changes they want to make and on understanding their current situation. In this session Jenny and Sarah, with 37 years of coaching experience between them, explained why creativity with clients works and showed you how to use a range of simple techniques to support the growth of your clients and their enjoyment of your coaching. We looked at mapping, movement, diagramming and imagery…and some more creative approaches which we didn't know.  Artistic skills a disadvantage!

At the end of the event participants were able to:

* Identify the benefits of non-verbal techniques in creating partnership in coaching

* Practice diagramming or mapping in coaching to develop client awareness

 * Understand how creativity supports presence in coaching

 * Identify the place of creativity in broader effective communication
