This book takes the concept of trust and breaks down all the components that contribute to The Speed of Trust. While this book has been around for a while, this book is even more important today because of the speed at which business is changing. As coaches there are so many creative ways to use the concepts presented in this book with teams and individuals to help increase the Trust levels within an Organization which can really make a positive difference in every aspect of the business.

The author shares the different Waves of Trust - Self Trust (Principle of Credibility), Relationship Trust (Principle of Behavior), Organizational Trust (Principle of Alignment), Market Trust (Principle of Reputation), and Societal Trust (Principle of Contribution). Understanding the layers of Trust and these Principles allows us as coaches and trainers to build the skills that leaders need to move quickly in today's world.

I highly recommend this book to really see the nuances that make the difference in The Speed of Trust.
