The ICFSFL Outreach Committee – Make an Impact Through Coaching! 

The ICF South Florida Outreach Committee has been hard at work, rolling out initiatives that bring the power of coaching to our community and partner organizations. Our programs offer real-world coaching opportunities, allowing volunteers to grow their skills, connect with fellow coaches, and elevate the impact of coaching in South Florida and beyond.

Ongoing Initiatives
We are actively implementing coaching programs with WEvolution, where 1-on-1 coaching sessions will launch in April, and with United Way Miami, where both 1-on-1 coaching and our first-ever Group Coaching & Facilitated Workshops are already underway.  We are also working on activities for International Coaching Week 2025 in collaboration with the Programming Committee, including activities such as Coast to Coast, and planning virtual and in-person events for HR Professionals and Chambers of Commerce! And there’s yet more to come!

Exciting Programs You Can Be Part Of
We’ve identified dedicated volunteer teams to drive three key initiatives:

✅ Step Into Coaching – Introducing the power of coaching to for-profit organizations. The team is refining the program’s scope and will begin engaging potential partners in the second half of April.
✅ Coaching for Education – Bringing coaching to educational institutions. We have identified three opportunities for students (higher education) and one initiative focused on staff and faculty well-being. The team is working on outreach to potential partners.
✅ Coaching for Social Impact – Supporting nonprofit organizations by leveraging coaching to enhance their impact and results. The team is actively seeking organizations to collaborate with.
