May was a month filled with purpose, passion, and powerful conversations as we celebrated International Coaching Week (ICW) 2025. The ICF South Florida Outreach Committee proudly led several impactful initiatives, showcasing the true spirit of coaching and community. Hereโs a quick recap of our ICW activities and whatโs coming next!
๐ฌ 1) Coast to Coast Program: A United Coaching Effort
ICFSFL participated again in the Coast to Coast initiative, a collaborative effort to offer pro bono coaching and amplify the positive impact of our profession. ๐ This year, 17 incredible ICFSFL coaches volunteered their time and talent, delivering over 30 hours of pro bono coaching! Altogether, the initiative saw 168 coaches contributing more than 768 hours of coaching!

๐ 2) Launching the Outreach Signature Series Programs
During ICW, we proudly launched some flagship series weโve been crafting at the Outreach Committee, designed to connect coaching with key community sectors and showcase its transformative power through pilot projects:
- HR + Coaching โ Supporting HR and Talent Professionals in their leadership and growth journey.
- Leadership + Coaching โ Helping leaders develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and strategic clarity.
- Coaching in Education โ Partnering with the Higher Ed community to empower students, faculty, and administrators.
- Coaching for Social Impact, targeting nonprofits and community-based organizations (this one was not formally launched yet).
Each initiative will offer participants the opportunity to experience coaching first-hand, explore relevant resources, and measure its impact within their roles and organizations.
