We have several exciting programs available within the Outreach Committee waiting for you to get involved:
- Coaching in Education: our colleague Iryna Kurii volunteered to lead this program and she is currently looking for volunteers interested in joining her to bring to life some amazing ideas we have to bring Coaching closer to the Education sector (initially focused on Higher Education), and there are opportunities for leading one of this projects and coaching/training opportunities in the near future! - HR + Coaching - this iniative is kicking off in September to bring Coaching closer to HR Professionals. For this project we are looking for project team members, coaches (individual and group), and trainers (for workshops). Interested? Contact us at outreach@icfsouthflorida.org
- Coaching for Social Impact: we're designing the activities for some current initiatives with United Way Miami and WEvolution, so please stay tuned as soon we will be calling for specific open roles to volunteer. And if you have ideas for other organizations with whom we could partner to bring to them the power of coaching, reach out and let us know your ideas.
- Leadership + Coaching: this program is the continuation of our legacy initiative Step-Into-Coaching through which we target businesses and for-profit organizations who would like to experience the transformative power of coaching for their leaders or their staff.
