The rate of disruptive change in the US and the world continues to pressure organizations and leaders to do more with less while research shows significant decline in employee engagement in 2019. The era of digitization is here to stay and the impact on managers and teams is quite significant. As leaders, coaches and consultants, it is important to explore factors that influence successful change.

Dr. Loubna Noureddin will share her findings from her three-year research on change in the US.
