Our ICF South Florida Chapter’s top coaches will lead an interactive panel discussion sharing their business building challenges and successes, and how their ICF credential contributed to their success and differentiates them from other coaches. The panel presentation is followed by breakouts that provide
s participants the opportunity to closely interact with each panelist and their fellow ICF South Florida members.

Panelists represent different types of coaching professions, such as internal, solopreneur, executive/corporate, life, coach the coaches, training coaches, and creating coaching communities.

All panelists are ICF South Florida Chapter members. Registration at each location is limited. Early Bird sign up discount.

About the Panelists:
 

Bobette Reeder MCC

Bobette Reeder has been a professional Coach since 1995 and is among the first twenty Coaches in the world to receive the distinction of ICF Master Certified Coach. She also holds a Masters Degree in Communications Disorders. Bobette received her coach-specific training at Coach U, where she has been a senior trainer. She is a Certified Mentor Coach, and Coach U Certified Master Coach.  Bobette's coaching voice has been heard by hundreds of clients across the United States and around the world. Bobette’s experience serving the International Coach Federation has also been extensive and varied. She was the first ICF Outreach Coordinator; has served in nearly every ICF officer position; and was the Global ICF President, leading ICF Coaches worldwide. Bobette is also Co-founder and Co-producer of Conversation Among Masters (CAM), the first invitation-only event for Master-level Coaches; and CAMalot, a unique event for high-level interaction and creation among the world's top Coaches. Bobette is most proud of co-founding The Coach Initiative, a non-profit organization providing pro-bono Coaching to leaders of non-profit organizations including Wounded Warriors, Make-a-Wish, Planned Parenthood, UN Ops, Special Olympics, and many others.

Joanna Davis MCC

Joanna Davis MCC has over a decade of coaching experience. She is the
Co-founder of Compassion in Coaching and a full-time Corporate Life Coach for one of South Florida’s Best Places to Work. She is a Senior Faculty for Coach for Life (ICF ACTP level Coach Training Program), an ICF and ReciproCoach Mentor Coach, and coaches Founders and top Executives in her spare time. As a corporate coach, she serves as the Thinking Partner in the Thought Process; deepening consistency and authenticity within the corporate culture. She supports teams and team members in creating goals, creating possibilities, personal growth, and behavior modification, ensuring they feel comfortable in a confidential environment. Combining the foundation of the Fulfillment Coaching Model of Coach for Life (CFL) with International Coach Federation (ICF) Ethics and Core Competencies, and utilizing various coaching and psychology tools, individuals and groups discover their innate gifts, talents, passions, and purpose, and how to apply them both in and out of the work environment. Her hobbies include neuroscience, compassion, running with her Basenjis, painting, and cooking.

Charlene Birk PCC, MA

Charlene Birk coaches professionals in the arts, information technology, finance, medicine, and other fields. She also coaches executives, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs who want to maximize their self-leadership growth by establishing a healthy mindset and practicing a small set of principles over time. Her coaching process is focused on maximizing proficiency and achieving goals. She believes that leveraging individual experience, values, strengths, interests, and ingenuity are essential to business and personal growth. She excels in dealing with challenging and demanding situations, such as resolving workplace conflicts and removing obstacles to achieve professional goals. She passionately believes in cultivating a corporate cultural identity and is experienced in navigating in today’s multi-faceted and diverse workforce. Charlene received her professional coaching training from the University of Miami, earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in organizational leadership from the
Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is also a certified Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator and an expert assessor.
