Our ICF South Florida Chapter’s top coaches will lead an interactive panel discussion sharing their business building challenges and successes, and how their ICF credential contributed to their success and differentiates them from other coaches. The panel presentation is followed by breakouts that provide
s participants the opportunity to closely interact with each panelist and their fellow ICF South Florida members.

Panelists represent different types of coaching professions, such as internal, solopreneur, executive/corporate, life, coach the coaches, training coaches, and creating coaching communities.

All panelists are ICF South Florida Chapter members. Registration at each location is limited. Early Bird sign up discount.

About the Panelists:

Susan Klein, MCC

Susan has been professionally coaching/training executives and leaders for over 29 years. She was one of the first 20 coaches in the world to be awarded the Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation, where she was one of the founders. Susan works with executives, managers, and physician leaders to deepen their leadership development in a thought-provoking process that supports them in achieving their organization and personal goals with sustainable, high-impact results. Susan works with Fortune 100-1000 companies, non-profits, healthcare, and government agencies. Her clients include: Mayo Clinic, Exxon Mobile, Weitz Construction, Florida Dept. of Transportation, T-Mobile, Merck, Lifespace Senior Communities, Wyndham Resorts, McGladry and Pullen, LLP. Susan is also an adjunct professor at Nova Southeast University, University of Miami, and University of Texas/Dallas, where she teaches Coaching Competencies, Coaching Ethics, Coaching Skills for Leaders, and Emotional Intelligence in the workplace - with a coach approach. She also serves as a mentor coach to coaching students.

Paulette Rao MCC, BCC

Paulette Rao is a leadership coach and trainer at major corporations around the world. As founder of True North Resources, her coaching consultancy, and as a Board Certified and Master Certified coach, Paulette works with senior executives, high potentials, and emerging leaders at Fortune 500 and smaller organizations to help them hone the skills they need to improve their performance and develop others in their organization to create positive and profitable change. While she works predominantly with senior male executives, she has gained special notoriety working with female leaders to grow their confidence, executive presence, and leadership skills. She is certified by New York University as an Executive and Organizational Coach and is an Adjunct Professor/ Curriculum Developer in the Graduate and Diploma Coaching Programs, where she received the 2014 NYU Violet Award for Teaching Excellence. She has achieved the designation of Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and serves as the Past President of the New York City ICF Chapter. She is a Founding Fellow of the Harvard Institute of Coaching (IOC).

Barbara Perino PCC, CPCC, PCC, ORSC

Barbara Perino is a professional certified and credentialed coach guiding her clients who are executive leaders and their teams to bigger success, powerful growth, and positive change. Barbara has been trained through The Coach Training Institute (CTI) located in San Rafael, CA.  She completed a Coaching Certification Program through CTI (CPCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF – PCC) and is ORSCTrained through CRR Global (Organizational Relationship Systems Coach Trained).  Barbara is trained and works with the DiSC Personality Assessment. Barbara is also the Director of Wellness Coaching at NoStressWorkplace (The Royal Treatment) with a focus on corporate wellness programs facilitating workshops, organizing wellness events and helping create wellness programs. She helps smart companies get healthy. Emotional Intelligence, Managing Stress, Work-Life Balance, Well Being, Diversity, Aging Gracefully are some of her areas of strength. Barbara is very involved in various professional associations. Giving back is a value of hers. Barbara is currently coaching for Stand Beside Them, a not for profit organization for military personnel in transition.
