There is an Art+Science to the core competencies. They create a container to a coaching conversation that allows for the client to develop self-awareness.,
There will be a 30-minute coaching demonstration. This is your opportunity to mark the behaviors that you see in the coaching demonstration. We will debrief the coaching demonstration with Lyssa, pick her mind to her choice points, and make your own connection between the questions and the competencies.
