From Resistance to Resilience: Coaching Managers through Change
Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 4:00pm

The amount of change in organizations is insurmountable. In fact, it is one of the biggest problems that leaders face. In our fast-changing world, the urgency to change is clear: Without change, the organization will stay behind.

In this session, coaches will learn about:

  1. Three factors that promote success during change.
  2. One tool that influence managers to commit to change
  3. A coaching model to help managers implement and sustain change.

Participants will have time to share their insights about change and to ask questions regarding the ten-year research on corporate change.
