Manage the Certainty of Uncertainty: Help your Clients Navigate Life Challenges using the GROW Model
Tuesday, May 09, 2023, 12:00 PM

Help your client navigate life challenges using the G.R.O.W model.

Life is full of big changes and challenges–– moving careers, leaving home, marriage, divorce, becoming a parent, becoming an empty nester, retirement. Growth and balance come from moving through these transitional moments while learning to adapt to a shifting sense of self. Despite how difficult these transitions can be, we all have the potential to adjust our perceptions, shape our outcomes and GROW
In this presentation coaches will learn about the GROW model, a framework I’ve created to understand better the different cycles of changes. The power of using a conscious process to navigate change creates insights, more agility, and resilience for both the coach and clients.

About the Speaker: Nada Haddad

Nada became a Life transition coach to help people navigate their life transitions whether personal or professional. She has been through different life transitions, some big and some small. She was born in Lebanon and grew up in France. She lived and worked in Paris, Beirut, Sardegna, Dubai, and Miami. She was in the hospitality business for 15 years, in operations and as a consultant for touristic projects all over the world. She finally opened her restaurant and closed it in 2012. She then shifted into marketing for a furniture design company and then launched her e-commerce website. Her husband, 2 daughters, and she live an ex-pat life and move every 3 to 4 years to new countries. She can honestly say she has become fluent in the language of transition.
