Helpful Tools and Questions for a Coaching Client in a Grieving Process, Based on my Own Experience
Friday, May 12, 2023, 2:00 PM
The subject “Exploring Your Potential” has opened a space for reflection and creativity allowing me to design tools and questions which can be helpful for a coach with a client who is grieving. The tools and questions are the result of my own experience with the grieving process for the death of my 18-year-old son Samuel.
I will share how specific coaching questions allowed a shift in a painful process to open possibilities, growth and transformation.
The invitation will be to reflect on what is grieving, not exclusively related to the death of a loved one. It could be the loss of a job, dream, relationship, friendship or pet. How to identify grieving in your coaching clients, and have an approach which meets your client´s needs.
