About the Speaker: Maria Molteni


After a career in fashion and after setting up a travel company In Italy in 2007, Maria started coaching in 2019. She is currently working for Boon Health company, (holistic, personalized coaching platform that empowers employees to become more resilient, productive and engaged).

She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (ACC & CPCC), trained through the Co-Active Training Institute, widely recognized by ICF as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry.

She is also a member of the ICF South Florida Outreach Committee and a member at HCN no profit organization.

Maria grew up in Italy and relocated to the US in 2018. She has lived and worked in Milan, Rome and London; married, she has 4 children, and currently lives in Miami.
