8 Strategies for Becoming a DEIB Conscious Coach
Thursday, May 11, 2023, 1:00 PM
This presentation will provide participants with 8 strategies they can employ to help them work more confidently and effectively with a diverse group of clients utilizing sound Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) practices. We as coaches should strive to help all clients feel seen and valued as individuals regardless of their differences.
About the Speaker:
André Brown
I am a Miami-based ICF coach, trainer and facilitator committed to unlocking and maximizing human potential. I am also passionate about the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging space, founding Racial Just Us, a division of Jump Street Coaching, in 2020, in response to the tragedies of Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, as a way to help others create actionable meaningful racial change. Additionally, I currently serve as the Vice President of DEIB for the ICF South Florida chapter.
