About the Speaker: Sergio Buth

Sergio Buth has worked in the talent development space for over 20 years and currently serves as a certified internal coach. Sergio has worked in hospitality and tourism, academia, government, and currently in healthcare. 

In addition to programmatic experiences in staff and leadership development, he has coached managers and senior-level and physician leaders.

His joy and fulfillment of coaching are rooted in his belief that coaching is a partnered exploration of a person's strength to evoke inspiration to achieve desired future-oriented results. Sergio creates a safe and engaging space, seeks first to understand before being understood, and is committed to helping his clients create their best potential.

Claudia Flores 
Claudia is a professional certified coach specializing in executive coaching for high-performance individuals in fast-paced environments who want to develop and improve their leadership skills. She has a background in Marketing and holds a master’s degree in Human Capital and Personal Development and is passionate about training leaders in the corporate space. 

Claudia is currently VP of DEIB in the ICF South Florida Chapter.
