Victor Gonzalez Galeano
With more than 20 years of broad-based management experience in business settings, Victor understands strategy, operations, and functional roles. His coaching brand powerfully combines his business acumen, expertise, and clarity. His goal is to help his clients excel at home, at work, and in the community—to uplift their holistic wellbeing. His clients receive the value of his expertise, global perspective, and a deep understanding of change management for personal and career success.
On a personal note, Victor embodies diversity and inclusion. As a Latino, he can help his clients rise to better lead the demographic change in our national workforce and is an expert in diversity and inclusion best practices. He is a global citizen and serves clients on a global scale from his home in South Florida. He is fluent in English and Spanish and multicultural savvy.
