Shakti Radhakishun, ICFSFL VP of Outreach and members of the team, will share the values, vision and mission that drive this committee. You will get a detailed view of our focus to bring the gold standard of coaching - through our projects - to our communities and the impact on our member coaches/leaders, volunteer coaches and community members - individuals and organizations alike!
As an ICFSFL member coach, non-member professional coach, or community member, we invite you to bring your inquiries and creative perspectives, so we may continue to build a thriving committee and contribution to our chapter and communities!
Shakti Radhakishun
Shakti enjoys working with individuals in a professional or personal period of transition and desire to actively and intentionally, live life in fulfillment, balance and in line with their values and purpose. In holding herself and clients as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, she and her clients co-create a safe and non-judgmental partnership, where the client is heard, seen, acknowledged, respected and challenged – all in service of their self-exploration and goal oriented actions!
Fully aligned with her own personal and professional goals, Shakti continues to deepen her experience and learnings of mindfulness. In her guided practices, her intentions are to honor space for pause, awareness and exploration of the “being” in the present moment, without judgment.
Shakti holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from New York University. Her professional experience has encompassed 18+ years in various leadership roles in investment banking and finance. She’s also consulted and instructed in established learning programs, developing sensory-cognitive processes that underlie reading and comprehension.
In her free time, Shakti loves to spend time with her rescue dogs, husband, family, friends, or alone - enjoying the outdoors, practicing yoga/meditation, creatively baking and supporting pet rescues. She also loves connecting people with like-minded interests and supporting local community outreach activities and events - activities that align wonderfully with her focus as VP of ICFSFL Outreach Committee.
