The Role of Intuition in Coaching

Using intuition in coaching is as valuable as the ability to listen deeply and deftly. So how do we, as coaches, access and apply our intuition?

Overwhelming consensus is that intuition can be developed, native, and “natural” to all of us. Intuition may be defined as understanding or knowing without conscious recourse to thought, observation or reason. Some see this unmediated process as somehow mystical while others describe intuition as being a response to unconscious cues or implicitly apprehended prior learning.

Even though individuals experience intuition differently, in exploring what enables coaches to access and apply their intuition in coaching, there are some factors that appear to be important across the board.

When fully present, your intuition connects you to deeper truths which can be shared. More importantly, it creates a fertile ground for a flow of dialogue that effortlessly positions clients to do their best thinking.

This live event is designed to help coaches access and then, cultivate the intuition needed to bring about their most powerful selves. In this 1.5 hour face to face class we will:

  • Define Intuition and Understand its role in coaching
  • Examine The Four Types of Intuition
  • Learn How to Access and Apply Our Intuition
  • Explore How to Eliminate the Barriers to Our Intuition
  • Learn How to Speak About our Intuition

Lastly, we look at ways you can help your client build the same for themselves so they, too, can engage in breakthrough thinking rendering your sessions life-changing.
